Orders All Purchase orders are subject to acceptance and acknowledgement by TechnoMagnet. We expect all customers purchase orders to be accurate, endorsed and authorized. The original purchase order should then be forwarded to TechnoMagnet for processing. All orders taken by the sales representative shall be subject to acceptance by TechnoMagnet. Specifications either contained in TechnoMagnets catalog, promotional materials, web site or special application drawings are subject to change with out notice or liability to TechnoMagnet. TechnoMagnet reserves the right to void any order.
Custom Orders All orders for custom made transformers, once confirmed and processed are not subject to cancellation. All plans and specifications are final once the order is confirmed and processed any changes made there after are subject to price change and availability and may alter any previously agreed upon ship dates.
Liability All orders will be shipped expeditiously and TechnoMagnet will make every attempt to meet the customers required shipment dates. All acknowledged shipment dates are TechnoMagnet’s best approximation of when the product will ship and should not be deemed as a guaranteed shipment date. TechnoMagnet will not be held liable for late delivery and/or inability to perform there under caused by any contingency beyond its control, including, with out limitation, Strikes, riots, lockouts, wars, accidents, fires, floods, disasters, inability to obtain materials essential to the manufacture of products covered hereby, or governmental or other limitation or restrictions on material, labor, manufacturing, delivery or shipping.
Freight Terms TechnoMagnet will pay freight charges for all orders exceeding $1500.00, for standard ground shipments in the continental United States, Pacific and Mountain Time Zones. Techno Magnet will pay freight charges on all orders exceeding $2000.00, for standard ground shipments in the continental United States, Central and Eastern Time Zones. On all orders not Free Freight Allowed, freight will be pre paid and invoiced. Although we will comply with special carrier requests whenever practical, we reserve the right to make the final selection for all shipments. TechnoMagnet’s responsibility ceases upon acceptance of merchandise by carrier. Consignee against carrier must make all claims for loss or damage in transit, but we will render aid and assistance in the presentation and enforcement of such claims without waiver of our rights to have compliance with terms of payment for our invoices.
Returns All merchandise returned with out our written consent will not be accepted. All returned goods are subject to prior approval and must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued by TechnoMagnet. Return requests must be made with in the warranty terms and returned with in 30 days of RGA issuance. All returns are for replacement only. Account credit will only be considered on a case by case basis.
Cancellation of Orders All Cancellations must be made in writing before the products are shipped from TechnoMagnet’s facilities
Warranty All TechnoMagnet transformers encapsulated in a “Black Powder Coated Enclosure” shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment. All TechnoMagnet transformers encapsulated in a “Stainless Steel Enclosure” shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the transformer. The liability of TechnoMagnet or any Distributor or Sales Representative on all claims of any kind for any loss or damage arising out of or resulting from or concerning any aspect of this warranty, or from the products or services furnished, shall not exceed the price of the specific product which gives rise to claims.
